Notice of Administrator's Sale AT OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT BY AN » order and decree of the Carroll Cir cuit court made at the October term, A. D. 1890, of said court, the order signed will sell at publc sale at the door of the Court House, by the city of Delphi, Carroll county, Indiana. On Saturday, December 20 03 890, so between the hours of ten o’clock a. m. and four o’clock p. m., the following described real estate in Carroll county, Indiana, town: A parcel of land beginning at the south-west corner of the west part of the north-east quarter (4) of section eighteen [18], township twenty three [23] north, range one (1) west; thence run ning north two (2) degrees west with the west line of said lot thirty-one (31) poles to the mid dle of the creek; thence up the middle of the said creek thirteen (13) poles to the center of the bridge across said creek; thence running, south orn the center of the plank road twenty four degrees (24) degrees east nine (9) poles to a stake in the center of said road; thence six (6) de grees west twenty-two 22) poles and twenty-one (21) links to a stake on the south line of said lot; thence one hundred and eighty-five and one half (1854) degrees west eleven (11) and eight (8) links to the place of beginning, contain two and one-half (244) acres and twenty «¢ poles, more or less. Also the following described real estate in Carroll county, Indiana, adjoining the last de scribed tract, towit: A part of the east half (49) of the north-west quarter (4%) of section eighteen (18), in township preely Sires (23) north, range one (1) west, containing one (1) acre, more or legs, known as a bot upon which a saw-mill formerly stood. It is intended by the above description of said tracts to embrace all of the real estate owned by the decedent, Ed mond Swander, in Carroll county, Indiana, at the time of his death. Also the following described real estate situ ated in Clinton county, Indiana, to wit: Lot niumber eleven (11) in Susan Earhart’s addition to the town of Mulberry.
