M., all that piece or parcel of land situ ite in the Township of Windham, in the Countj of Wyoming and State of Pennsylvania, de^ribed as follows, to wit: On the East bv lnn-ls of Charles Faesett, and Kethline’s eatite, North by \nil.rose Garey’s estate ; on the We«t by iflnds of Be jiinin Stevens Jr. ; South by lands of Royal Garey and others ; containing about one hundred and seventy i on# a~res, be the same more or less ; with about fifteen acres thereof improved, with the appurteuan-ocaSeised and taken in execution, at the suit of Clerk Hayden, vs- Josephs, ilayden and J.
