Man ;i In Attact Caseir RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 13— A m jury of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County this week returns’ ed a verdict finding Wayne Ben •° Pace, white, guilty of attempted n rape upon a 12-year-old Negro Is girl and fixing his punishment at 18 years in the State Penitentiary. ■c This verdict followed a two-day trial at which Spottswood W. Robinson III, Southeast Regional is Counsel of the National Associa-jt tion for the Advancement of Col-threw the rascals out. If the political pundits don't think that’s a portent or three for ’52, let ’emored People, was present as an observer. This case hase been continued to November 20, at which time it is expected that either defense motions will be made andheard or sentence imposed.-•DANCES OUTVIENNA, Nov. 13 (INS)— “Junior” is going to like this. There will be no more “silly” dancing with little girls in Vienna. The Board of Education announced that parents must not allow their children to go to any dances.
