James Waber.James Waber, son of John and Katherine Waber, was born Sept. 22, 1862 and departed this life on the 9th inst, aged 51 years and 14 days.' He spent his early childhood in the neighborhood o f Otterbein and made his home with Wilson Moore. March 4, 1900 he was married to Alice Huggins.To this union four children were born, three of whomsurviv?: Ivan, Everett and Avery,A father, one brother and two sisters abo mourn his death. Mr. Waber had a number of friend*wwho greatly regret and mourn his illness and death. A recent paralytic stroke placed him Within the vale of death and his battle foi; recovery was a losing one from the start.The funeral services were conducted from the home Tuesday at one o’clock by Rev. W. B. Taylor. Interment was made in the Pond. Grove cemetery.
