LAKE PRESTON, Nov. 12—The high school declamatory contest was held here Tuesday evening, with Miss Velma Clemens in charge. Win ners in the contest who will repre sent the school at the district contest are: Mary Barlow, dramatic; Carol Nydland, poetry; Shirley Millett, or atory and Alice Vandervelde, hu morous.
