M. j Stevens, but later will occupy apart-1 ments of their own.Mr. Baetz has disposed of his Sandusky interests, having sold his residence to William L. Allendorf a few weeks ago. In the Cedar Point partnership, when the resort was under the old management, Mr Beets* held a one-fourth interest in the property , exclusive of the real estate. For tins he accepted stocks and bonds of the new company The pries paid by Mr Kuebeier for these securities is a confidential matter, but it is under-ystcou tlmt it was entirely satisfactory ; to all parties concerned.1 Mr. Baetz expects to engase in busi-nos in New York city, and in fact is already possessed of some interests there. During his long residence in Sandusky, Mr. Baetz has made many warm friends in commercial, musical and social circles .all of whom will sincerely regret his departure.
