WOBURN REAL ESTATE CASE. Suit of James H. Connolly Against Ann Connolly in the Superior Court, Judge Dunbar, in the equity session of the superior court, today, gave a hearing in the case of James H. Con nolly of Woburn vs Ann Connolly. The plaintiff says that his father, J. H. Connolly, died Dec 28, 1884, devising him part of his real estate, consisting of a house and land in Woburn, sub ject to a life interest by Ann Connolly, plaintiff's stepmother. by alleged fraud and misrepresenta tion, he says she induced him, in 1585, to sign an instrument, claiming that it was necessary to procure an assignment of a mortgage of 56.00 on the real estate to one Ann Fagin.
