SIR CHARLES WARREN.In reply to Mr Conybeare, the Honk Ssckktahy stated that on the Xlh mat. Sir Charles Warren sent in bis resignation as Chief Commissioner of Polioe of the Metropolis. That resignation had been accepted (loud Opposition cheers). The failure to capture She Whitechapel murderer was not due to any new organisation of the detective department, bus to the exceptional cunning of the criminal.
