III. declared Insolvent in the Supreme Court: And whereas the Subscribers have been duly appointed Trustees in order to discover, collect and sell th® effects of the taidBnrrid Chafe, for the benefit of his Creditors. . All persons who are indebted to the said David Chafe, or who have in hia, her, or their possession any of the said David Chafe'**Effects, are hereby required not! to pay or deliver thesanrfe to any otherperson than the said Trustees, and to give Notice thereof to them or either of them without delay.
