Harlan placed two on the second team and nine received honorable mention.Tom Stapleton. Middlesboro, was named “Coach of the Year.” Other top awards went to Kenny Roark. Middlesboro, ‘‘Lineman of the Year”; Jim Melton, Lynn Camp, “Back of the Year”; and Billy Hamblin, Middlesboro, “Player of the Year.”A banquet will be held this month for the team honorees The date will be announced later.
