Bobby Bone and his bride, the former Miss Marilyn Faris, are making their home in Col lege Station following their recent marriage in the First Baptist Church of Medina. Mr. Bone is a senior at Texas A. and Mr. University. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Pat Bone of Gates ville and Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Faris of Medina. The couple exchanged wed ding vows in a double ring candlelight ceremony, with Rev. James Rodgers as offi ciant. Escorted to the altar and given in marriage by her fath er, the bride wore a white gown of peau d'ange — lace, with empire waistline, featur ing scallops and seed pearls. The high ring collar and long full sleeves were of peau d'ange lace and her scalloped chapel length train fell from the waist. Her elbow length veil of nylon organza was trim med with a crown of seed pearls and satin and she car ried a cascade bouquet of mini ature mums entwined with seed pearls. Miss Tammy Seale was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Misses Favrene Seale and Rose mary Faris. They wore floor length dresses of blue crepe with fitted bodice and long puffed sleeves and headpieces of blue nylon organza with sat in ribbon crown. Their cascade bouquets were of blue tinted carnations. The flower — girl, Sandra Sutton, wore a large blue satin bow in her hair and carried a small blue basket. Cecil Bone, brother of the bridegroom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Preston Far is, brother of the bride, and Russell Mullins. Candlelighters and ushers were Joe Bone, brother of the bridegroom, and Jonnie Sutton. Traditional wedding music was presented by Miss Kathy Lindig, organist, and Mrs. Winnie Beth Arquette, who sang “The Lord's Prayer.” Miss Debbie Banta and Miss Franc es Faris registered the guests. Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the Youth Center. The serving table was covered with a white lace cloth over blue. The four-tiered wed ding cake was decorated with blue roses, White baby's breath, ornamental silver pearls and topped with — the traditional bride-and-groom figurine. Miss Kathy Banta served the cake, Miss Sug Matthews served the punch and Miss Linda Bucke lew served the coffee. Other members of the house party aere Misses Georgia Banta, Barbara Hand, Jean Faris, Tet a Sutton and Mona Seale. For traveling, the bride chose a pale pink pant suit with matching accessories and a white carnation with seed pearl corsage. Guests attending were from Gatesville, Bridge City, Orange, Athene, Killeen, Austin, Boer ne, Houston, New Braunfels and Medina.
