Now come the plaintiffs, by Maxam Mc Clain, their attorneys, and file their com plaint herein to quiet title, together, with an affidavit that the residence of the defend ants and each of them, except Joseph Kel ley and Philena Kelley. Lucretia Kelley, Orpheus Kelley, James Blackford and Rosa Blackford, George Ellison and Minerva Ellison are unknown and upon diligent re search are believed to be non-residents of the State of Indiana. Notice is hereby given said defendants that unless they be and appear on the 1st day of the next term of the Warrick circuit court, to be holden on the 5TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1910 at the court house in Boonville, in said county and state,and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
