Johnson, Oma May Christian vs. George Kelley and Martha Kelley, his wife, and the unknown heirs of George Kelley and the unknown heirs of Martha Kelley, Joseph Kelley and Philena Kelley, his wife, and the unknown heirs of Joseph Kelley and the unknown heirs of Philena Kelley. Stephen Kelley and Lucretia Kelley, his wife and the unknown heirs of Stephen Kelley, deceased, and the unknown heirs of Lucretia Kelley. Orpheus Kelley, unmarried. James Blackford and Rosa Blackford, his wife, and the unknown heirs of James Blackford and the unknown heirs of Rosa Blackford. . Henry Kelley and Mary Kelley, his wife, and the unknown heirs of Henry Kelley, deceased, and the unknown heirs of Mary Kelley, deceased. George Ellison and Minerva Ellison, his wife,and the unknown heirs of George Ellison and the unknown heirs of Min erva Ellison. Robert Ellison and Jane Ellison, his wife, and the unknown heirs of Robert Ellison, deceased, and the unknown heirs of Jane Ellison, deceased. Complaint No. 4083, to quiet title. Now come the plaintiffs, by Maxam Mc Clain, their attorneys, and file their com plaint herein to quiet title, together, with an affidavit that the residence of the defend ants and each of them, except Joseph Kel ley and Philena Kelley. Lucretia Kelley, Orpheus Kelley, James Blackford and Rosa Blackford, George Ellison and Minerva Ellison are unknown and upon diligent re search are believed to be non-residents of the State of Indiana. Notice is hereby given said defendants that unless they be and appear on the 1st day of the next term of the Warrick circuit court, to be holden on the 5TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1910 at the court house in Boonville, in said county and state,and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
