STEINWAY HALL.Mr. Ernest Cavonr was responsible for a most successful concert in the Stein way Hall last Tuesday evening (November 7th). The artistes included Miss Cecile Lorraine, Mdlle. Marianne Schenck, Mr, Arthur Walenn, Herr Georg Lteb-ling, Mons. Tivadar Naehez (violinist), the Minster Quartette (Messrs. F. Henri, T. Franklin, A. Hider and C. Henri), Mr. Charles Donaldson (Reciter), and Mr. Ernest Cavour (pianist), Mr. H. R. Bird accompanied.Miss Rose Seaton was highly successful at the .Steinway Hall in her recitals from Hamlet and of Schillers* “ The Diver,” and thoroughly amused her audience in he? lighter work, . Miss Irene Szilassey charmingly rendered some of her native folk songs, and Mr. Kolni-Balozke contributed some ■’cello solos.Miss Carrie Townshencl will give an afternoon concert at the Steinway Hall, on Friday nest, the 7th instant, at 3 o’clock, assisted by Mr. Whitehouse (violoncello), and Mr. Denham Price (vocalist). Miss Emily Christie will he the accompanist. Miss Carrie Townshend’s pianoforte solos will include selections from the works of Corelli, Hensell, Tchaikowski, Listz, Rubenstein, Brahms, etc. C\
