Death of the Kev. Samuel Lamb.The Rev. Samuel Lamb died at bis residence in Sevastopol Wed* ne.-day evening at 11 o’clock. Mr. Lamb bad been troubled for some time with cancer of the stomach1 which was the cause of his death, and at the time of hisdemisehe had reached his 69th year. The deceased was a member of Grace M. E. Church, and had been for many years .a worker in the cause ofChi 1st? Mr. Lamb bad been theminister of a great many different churches throughout Nothern In-| diana and the States adjourning, i and at his death was a superannuated preacher of the North Indiana Conference. He was a Christian in every sense of the word, and his many friends in this city and in the State will hear with sadness of his call from among ns. His funeral ! services will be held at Pearl Street! • Church this afternoon at 2 o’clock, •ami will be conducted by the Rev. Wm. H. Goode, D. D., assisted by the Methodist ministers of this city.
