THE HORSE DISEASE.AT CINCINNATI.Cincinnati. November 10.*—ftp tootle la fairly upon us. Twenty stables are afflicted. The horses do not rnn at the nose, but cough. Flit/ horses In one livery stable were taken with the disease to* day. The United States Express stable haa twenty sick horses; other express stables have escaped, careful precautions bavtng been taken. One stable of fourteen mules took the disease to-day.
