PROBATE NOTICE.In matter of the cstaie'l Dodge County Court, of Larin Hortont do- V 28th Sept.. A D. 1850. ceased. jON reading and filing the petition of Lucy M. Whitaker, guardian of the infant children of Lorin Horton, late of Dodge County, deceased, representing that there is no personal property belonging to said estate of said deceased, for the purpose oi the support of said infant wards* of said guardian! or the payment of taxes upon the real estate of the said Loriw Horton, deceased : and that it is necessary for that purpose to sell a certain portion of such real estate, It it onleied, that all persons interested in said estale, appear before \he County Court aforesaid, at the Ccrui House, in said county, on the iSlh day of No-* vember, A. D. 1850, at 10 o'clock, A.
