SUPERSEDIAS GRANTEI).,T. S. Carnahan, attorney of JoeHarris, convicted of voluntary manslaughter. in killing Charles It. Sui-ber, received a telegram this afternoon stating that the supreme court had granted a supersedias and that the bond was fixed at $15,000 pending the affirmation or reversal of the verdict of the district court of this county.
