Hi* Honor the Chief Justice passed sonumce of death upon him.On Saturday three men, John Martin, Jurne* Mason, and John Wulfcer, wero indicted and found utility of the murder of John Johnstone, at Gammon, on the 24th of March last. The ividenco against them was completely plain.
