Overtime parking fines totaled $42. He said older students refuse to sit three to a seat, saying it is too crowded. H'e said he had only 52 children on the bus al though eight were standing in the aisle because they refused to sit three to a seat. Fennel said the law states only “to child will be provided with a seat” and does not specify how much room there will be to the seat. The bus company manager said the overload occurs between Cen tral Jr. High school and the Holly wood St. area just east of the Skunk River bridge on U. S. 30. He added the company will add another bus to take care of the overload in the future.
