Fennel said the law states only “to child will be provided with a seat” and does not specify how much room there will be to the seat. The bus company manager said the overload occurs between Cen tral Jr. High school and the Holly wood St. area just east of the Skunk River bridge on U. S. 30. He added the company will add another bus to take care of the overload in the future.
