George Hartfleld, who was chosen chairman. Robert Peyton was elected secretary.| Hon. Robert S. Hall'read the following paper which had been sent to him by the bar of Covington county:• The lar/e and rapid increase in the court business in southeast Missis-sippi renders it imperative that another circuit court district be created out of the second and eighth circuit • coart. districts,“In our judgment this district ought to embrace the counties of Marion, Perry. Joces, Jasper and Covington.“The Covington County Bar reaped fully invites the tars of Marion, Perry, Jones and Jasper to unite with them iu a conference -o be held in Hattiesburg on the 3rd Monday in November, 1903, to consider the matter and take such action in the premises as may be deemed best andwisest.
