Notice to Redeem,Under Sec. 3785 of the Political Code.To boring Brackett:Please take notice that the following described property situated In the Townsite oflt;, Rincon, County of Riverside, State of California, and more particularly described as Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, Block 17 of said Townsite of Rincon, were bn the 16th day of July, A. D. 1894 by the Tax Collector of said County of Riverside sold for the sum of $1.93 • ;■The amount due at the date hereof is $3.40 and the right to redeem said property from said sale expired on the 17th day of July, A. D. 1895, and the undersigned, Geo. H. Stewart, assignee of the said W. H. Brevoort, will on the 18th day of November. 1895, apply to the Tax Collector of said Riverside C ounty for a deed of said property.Witness my hand this 4th day of October,. 1895.GRO. H.
