Interesting Trial.—the New-York papers, report (he resistel the trial of O batiah Penniman, a merchant of Cincin nati, Ohio, charged with obtaining goods from merchants of that city under false pretences, “the charge was prefered a gainst the accused by Johing’, Aborrisoty, who alleged that from the representations of Pennimar, he had trusted him goods to the warant of nearly ten thousand dol lars, and that he (Morrison) subsequent ly ascertained that he representations of Penniman asfo his solvency, c. were untrue the month of January last, upon the testimony of Mr. Morrison, the grand jury of the city and county of New- York, found a bill against Penniman, and upon a requistion of the Governor, of i Yo. upon the Governor of Ohio, the accu sed was brought on.
