VA, Pursuant to the terms of a trust deed from C. T. Barksdale, dated Feb ruary 19, 1931, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pettsyl vania County, Virginia, in Deed Book 210, page 287, and in the Clerk's Of fice of the Circuit Court of Mallfax ‘'County, Virginia, in Deed Book 145, page 300, to the undersigned trustee fault having been made in the pay ment of the debt therein secured, and having been ‘required by the holder 10f said debs to execute said trust, the ‘undersighed trustee, pursuint to da tree entered at the October term. 1033, of the Circuit Court of the City of Danville, in a Jesuit styled Sable BR. Covington and others ¥. C. T. Broad dun et als, will, in execution of said trust deed on “Friday the 10th Day of Nov., 1933. At 2 O'clock P. Said lands are also known sas part of the old Wimbish place, and even part of a larger fee conveyed C. T. Barksdale 5, of April 20, 1898, from John Tredway, Commmis sioner, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, in Deed Book 100, page 38. 2nd: A tract of land containing 23 acrea more or’ less, situate near Pey tonsburg, Pittsylvania County, Vir ‘ginia, lying on the south side of the road _ leading from Peytonsburg to Deytereen, and now ad joining the lands of T. Arendal} Uormerly: J. L. Singeton), Walter H. Shelton, (formerly C. T. Barksdale), Corbin, (formerly William Stephens,— formerly Thomas N. Lovelace), and 88. Gregory. and being a part of a 1 T1-acre tract purchased by C.T. Barks dale from Patsy H. Barksdale, by deed dated May 4, 1901. on record in said clerk‘s office in Deed Book 133, page 280 And said trustee will offer for sale on said date, on the premises, at 4 O'clock, FP, M. arch.
