Funeral services for Mrs. William Townsend, who died i( her home In the Beyersville community, Friday afternoon at 5 o'clock after a lingering Illness, were held at the family residence at Beyersville, Saturday afternoon at 1 o’clock. Interment was made in th? Price Cemetery of Beauklss.Funeral services were under the auspices of the Mary B. Welch He-bekah Lodge, I. O. O. F. of Taylor, and the Rev. Cecil Taylor of Thrall officiated. Pechner Funersl Directors were In charge of the funeral.Mrs. Townsend was a member of the Methodist Church, of the IP and chapter of the Order of the Eastern Ptar, and of the League City Rebekah Lodge, No. 315, I. O. O. F.Surviving Mrs. Townsend are her husband, William Townsend; two daughters, Mrs. W. A. Rice of Houston and Mrs. H. A. Schultz of Taft; three sons, Masel, Daniel, and J. B. Townsend, all of Taylor; three sisters, Mrs. Tom Oliver of Beauklss, Mrs. Althea Price of Beaumont, and Mrs. Annie Creed of Houston; and three brothers, Dr. Charles Price of Whites boro, Robert Price of Hempstead, and John Price of Waco.• ^'Active pallbearers were R.
