IMPROVEMENTS AT BARTHEL BREWERYConcrete Foundations Are Being Put Under theBoiler.Up at the Barthel Brewery the latest improvement is the construction of a foundation for the boiler that furnishes power for the plant.The old wooden foundations were discovered to have rotted away, hence, Mr. Barthel contracted to have four cement piersT put under the boiler as well as a cement floor, covering the space between these pillars or about 15x20 feet in dimension.
