Circuit CourtExactly at 8:17 o’clock last Saturday night Deputy Clerk Stephens announced to Judge Rheuby that the records of the term were all up. The judge signed them, and Deputy Sheriff Morton Hollingsworth adjourned the Octoberterm in couree. The term was a*busy one, there being twenty days of court, and 140 cases on the dock-et. Action was taken on nearly all of them.Action was taken on the following case during the last few days of the term:State vs Charley Collins; assault and battery with intent to kill and murder.
