In Clay County CourtClay Center, Kan., Nov., 8—The damage case of Clarence McElroy against the Santa Fe railroad company came up before the district court yesterday and was continued, as was also the damage case of Jesse Dever against the Hock Island, for having been put off the train between here and Broughton when he had a ticket good for a trip.Another Old Settler Gone.
