Hobgoblins haunt Fairfax rec centerThe annual Halloween party tor Fairfax children was held at the recreation center, Oct. 30.downs, barmaids, space beings, shipwrecked sailors, brides, town jesters, Dracuias. monsters and* a Christmas tree arrived to compete in the costume contest,•Judges Mayor RonaldCribbet, Virm organ L.
