Independent stations in some instances have been able to operate in the black, she said, and KTLE hopes to do so until it obtains a network affiliation. Thlt;* station ceased commercial operation in January 1D62, after NBC withdrew its programs.Programming will include University of Utah educational film# and a number of film seres, as well as programs from a variety of sources at Idaho Stale University, she said.In reply to questions, Mrs. Dillard said KTLE could broadcast color,Keith Martindale, program director; Date Smith, advertising production; and Jerry Hayes, sales representative, were introduced by Mrs. Dillard.The sCation has operated on * limited bads for'some time, •DUC ___
