The judge sympathized with them but said the course, they had pursued in having Dummer arrested and lined by a magistrate as* „ nuisance” was not the proper procedure. So he remitted the line, $5, and coats. v VAccording to the complainant*, Dummer whistled so much that res- ; idents of the neighborhood were forced to move. Landlords--complained be--cause they could not rent their properties. One witness said Dummer-whistled continuously from September 10 t6 October 6. Dummer, in his own behalf, asserted that he can’t whistle I because he has no teeth. ^
