Too-good, deceased.On reading and tiling the petition of AlstonL. Toogood, administratrix, setting forth the amount of personal estate that has come toher hands, and the disposition thereof; the nmonat of debts outstanding against suid deceased, and a description of all the real estate of which said deceased died seized, and the condition and value of the respective portions tliereol; and praying that license be toher granted to sella part orsaid real estate. And it appearing by said petition, that there Is not sufficient personal estate in the hands of said administratrix toI pay said debts, or expenses of administration, and that it Is necessary, In order to pay the sume, to sell a part of snid real estute. It is therefore ordered, that all persons interested In said estate appear before the Judge of this conrt on Friday, the 4th day of October, A. D. 1889, atII o'clock a. m,, at the court housa to tho city -j of Wahpeton; to said county, and theirand there to show cause, if any there be, why license should not be granted to said administratrix tosell said real estate according to the prayer of said petition. And it Is further ordered that a copy of this order thull be published for four successive #beks prior to said day of hearing, Jjfthe Wahpeton Time*, a weekly newspaper ifrlnteand published at Wahpeton in aatd xounty and personally served on all persons interested in said estate, residing in said county at least fourteen days before said day of hear-ng, and upon all other persons interested, according to law.Dated at Wahpeten, D.T.. this 6th day of September, A.
