JORDAN (AP) — A 24-year old man was held Monday in connection with the fatal shooting earlier in the day of a rancher from Garfield County, county authorities reported. Sheriff P.T. Cramer said Timothy Wayne Taylor of Angela was jailed in lieu of $50,000 bond for the shooting of rancher Larry Harbaugh, 45. Bond was set during a preliminary hearing before Jusice of the Peace Helen Dunning but formal charges will not be filed until the case reaches district court, Cramer said. Cramer said Harbaugh was shot once in the abdomen shortly before 1 a.m. Monday in Jordan, and died at mid morning while undergoing surgery at a Miles City hospital
