The highway patrol called the accident and the one on South Virginia Street the result of pedestrian errors.Mayor was crossing the street 3Vfe miles south of Reno when he walked into the path of a northbound car driven by Candace R. Hamilton, 23, of 3400 Sigg Drive, Reno.Mayor is in fair condition at Washoe Medical Center.
