“Pat ’em on the back.”That’s the theme of Optimist International’s Youth Appreciation Week that will be observed with events here by theOptimist Club November to November 16.Following the “Pat ’Em On The Back” theme, the local club invites all citizens to join them in this plan to demonstrate to our youth an' unfailing belief in their; dreams, hopes and achieve- j ments.To open the Youth Appreciation Week activities, two Hershey young people —Joyce Hess and Dayle Stare — will represent the youth day, November 10.
