He was remanded ou ball or £10 to appear at Robertson on November 13. Evidence wub given by Pirat Class Constable Leary ot Marulan of having arested Wright on another charge. He showed Wright a reference In ihe Government Gasctt.t referring to the present charge and Wright admitted that he was the man mentioned In the war.ttnt. Wright said: I know nothing about It. I knew Brohan and had a camp neat lo lUs at Robertson. We were quite good friends. A search lt;it defendant's rump ) revealed none of the stolen goods. •
