Solsman Case Answer.The defendants John, Francis M., Anthony W.» Ulyssis G., Vermilion, Martha, Emma and Mary Jnuc Sols-man ami Jacob and Amanda Warner in the suit hied against them by Elizabeth Kins for the partition of the property of the properly left by John Solsnmn at his death, have filed Uicir answer denying: that the plain tiff i« entitled to have the properly partitioned until June 23, 1903, because Mary Jane Solsman, the widow of John Solsmnn. fB entitld to live on the properly until that time.
