Collision at Sea.Between twelve and one o’clock, Sunday | morning, when about twenty miles off Seguin, ' • the steamers Ocean and Admiral came in collision, doing considerable damage to both. | The facts, as near as we can learn, are these : The Ocean was running for the mouth of the river, and the Admiral for Portland on her trip from F.astport, it being clear at the time. The Ocean ran “ bead on,” striking the Admiral just forward of the wheel-house, carrying away her guards, and staging through into the hunks occupied by the engineer and firemen, both of w hom were in their cots at the time, but fortunately escaped injury. The cutwater of the Ocean was carried away, and several planks, just above her copper, started, so that it was found necessary to replace them upon her arrival at Hallowell. Her upper works were * I also considerably shattered. She resumed her trips Tuesday evening.
