Student Body Blazes With School Spirit After Grid VictoryHoliday Declared As Celebration Of First Football VictoryAs a reward for Shurtleff College’s first football victory in five years, Coach Money received a ducking. . . . water was used for the ducking, but if the student body could have procured molten gold it wauld have not been too good to use for the dip.Spirit ran high as the football squad, followed by the student body, proceeded to the Money residence to bring to the campus their man. The coach said, “It’s about time something was being done about it.
