LEE GLATZ TO ENLARGEHIS CANDY QUARTERSThe Lafayette Journal-Courier of Friday prints the following:His business having outgrown his present facilities for production, Lee Glatz, retail and wholesale confectioner at Sixth and Main streets, will transfer his candy manufacturing department tt) the building at 307 Ferry street, recently vacated by Wallace Baugh, At present Mr, Giatz is having his candy made over his retail room, but with an increasing wholesale trade, a larger room was needed. Canlt;# making equipment will be moved to the spacious new quarters Saturday and Sunday and then the work of making candy will be resumed Monday morning. Mr. Glatz will maintain his retail confectionery at Sixth and Main. He will enlarge the variety of candies he is manufacturing. Ivy McCord will remain as head of the candy department. The new candy factory will provide employment for several additional girls.
