Antiers, [. T., Nov. 3.--Com missioner Cocke concluded the ex amining trial of Willy Tucker, George Beagles and John Muller, charged with burning Spencer academy, in which five boys were burned up. Muller, the German cook, was discharged, but the two Choctaw boys were held under $500 bond each for the federal grand jury. One witness swore Beagles four days before the fire proposed burning the academy, then swore he would set fire to do it.
