06 tmiiaiia, ta»» County*John Myers Administra-^tor on the Estate of Jas. | DomesticBe it Femernbercd that on the 15th day of October, 1836, the said plaintiff sued out a writ of domestic attachment in the above cage, upon filing his affidavit and bond in my office, in Jefferson township, and on the 17th day of the same month, in the year aforesaid, the constable of said township returned the said writ levied upon one red steer with a white face, with the assistance of James Gordon, a householder of said township, which steer so levied upon is attached a? the property of fhe defendant, valued at 22 dollars. Now this is to notify the said fVm. Kelly of the pendency of said writ and that he appear and defedd the same before me, Joseph Day, a Juslice £the^e#ce at my office in Georgetown, Jeflersorfftownt ship, in the county aforesaid, on TVfonAw 4be21st of November, at 12 o’ctock, or the same will be heard and determined in his absence.W.
