17 Indictments Are Returned Seventeen indictments have been returned against 13 persons by a Scurry County grand jury. Hugh Scott Kelly was indicted on four counts of burglary with intent to commit theft. Ralph Lane Johnston was indicted on three counts of the same charge. Aggravated assault in dictments were returned against Marcelino J. Medrano and Raymond Medrano, Jr. Lloyd Ray Cross was indicted on a charge of burglary with intent to commit theft. Indictments for driving while intoxicated, second offense, named Julius Bob Kasparek, Ramon Luera and Gary Laverne Allen. B. D. Hughes was in dicted for theft by check, and Rudy Ubando was indicted for forgery by making a check. The names of two other per sons indicted are being withheld pending their arrest.
