Letter of Commendation Received From Superintendent of Public Schools at Alger. Brumback Library received a letter from B. W. Cotterman, of Alger, formerly superintendent of the Ohio City Liberty Schools, requesting that a graduate of the Alger schools be provided detailed information con cerning the operation of Brumback Library. In closing he said: “I often think of the splendid library facilities of Van Wert county through’ the Brumback Library and its librarians. In fact, I believe this is the thing that I miss most in my present posi tion.” The librarians frequently re ceive statements to this effect from teachers and superintendents who leave Van Wert county for positions in other parts of the state, and those coming to Van Wert from elsewhere express surprise at the unusual serv ice provided here compared to what they had received in former positions.
