Funeral services over the remains of I. Ixxhard Chancy, age 45, prominent and popular druggist of Hartford was held Sunday afternoon from the Presbyterian Church of that town. Masonic rites were conducted at flic grave.Mr. Chancy moved his family to Hartford from Pike County several years ago, and since that time he has been in the drug business there, and was well known in Dothan, He had been ill and under the best of medical treatment for some ten months, but his illness was such that nothingcould stay its progress.He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Chancy, and brothers to Messjf. Oscar, Adolphus, Shelby and Porter Chancy of Hartford, and Mrs. Ross McBride of this city.He leaves a widow and one smallson.
