— Twelve or thirteen recruits for the 16th Michigan, (colored) regiment were enlisted in this county last week and left for Michigan last Saturday. The men we understand were nearly all from this city. Willis Brown, the well known intelligent colored barber, rendered efficient aid in enlisting the men.
