A X ORDINANCE,DEFINING THE BOUNDARY OF THE TOWN OF NEW-BURGH.Bt it ordained by the President and Trustees of the Town of Newburgh, That the boundaries of said town shall be those of the original town ofSprinklesburgh, as recorded in the Recorder’s office of the county of Warrick in the State of Indiana; also, the town of Newburgh and Luce’s enlargement to said town; also, Luce’s, Pointer’s, and Day's enlargement to said town: also, Gray’senlargement, Dickerson s enlargement, Sprinkles’ enlargement, and Williams’ enlarge men t to said town; as also all other enlargements of said town made by any other person or persons, and having the same recorded in the Recorders office of said county: also, all lots that have been laid off and not recorded as required by the statute, shall be deemed as within the corporate limits of said town.
