Mrs. Postlethwalt Froo.The caw against Mrs. Postlethwalt and her youngest son Clyde, for be-iirg accessory to the murder of W. 0. lloyd, was dismissed from the district courl Friday on motion of the county attorney She is now a free woman.It is the opinion of most people who have watched tno proceedings, that she was really as much, If not more, a lit subject for punishment as anyone else of those arrested. However as the evldeuco appeared In the Clark case, there was not; Ing shown against her, but if »he could not he prosecuted for murder, she should he prosecuted for psrjury. For If she was not actually guilty of the murder. It Is safe to say that It was she who inspired the murderous designs. She and Clyde have been staying In Kingman and Wichita since being let out of jail.Harry's ease will not be disposed of till next terra of court.
