ARREST ON A CHARGE OFTREASO N- FELONY.» .Frederick J. Allen, vice-president of tneYoung Ireland Society, was arrested yesterday in Dublin on a charge of treason-felony. He * occupies the position of clerk in the Fryman's' Journal Office, and at the last meeting of the • Young Ireland Society he moved aud carried a, resolution rescinding a vote of sympathy passed jto the family of the late Mr A. M. Sullivan, on I the ground that his polity as regards England iwas to be condemned. 1
