Many Prominent Men to Be Tried on Dankc Whiskey With drawal Charges, St. Louis, Nov. 2.—(.7)—WU. S. Attorney Curry today made public the names of thirty-nine persons, including prominent officials and politicians in St. Louis, Indianapo lis and Cincinnati who were in dicted at Indianapolis on Saturday by a federal grand jury on a charge of conspiracy in the $1, 400,000 Jack Daniel whiskey with a rawal plot. Included in the Nst was Trogene Remus, wife of the former Cincin nati bootlegger, who has become estranged from him since his re cent release from the Atlanta peni tentiary. Remus, who testified be fore the grand jury was not in dicted. Others Indicted included A. J. Hellmich Nat Goldstein, Fred Issen, former congressman; M. J. Kinney, St. Louis, Democratic lead er; William J. Kinney, Lem Mor low, Tennessee distiller; Tom Hefferan, an associate of Motlow; H. L. DahiIman, the third partner; John Marcus, former convict; D. H. Robinson, Thomas J. McAuliffe, Thomas F. McCafferty, Leonard Stone and Edward Meininger, named by Remus as purchasers of whisky for $125,000 from Motlow and associates. Michael J.
