The biifbaud and wife gave bail for a hearing this morning, and their two sons were committed to the lockup. The witnesses who testified at the bearing thi morning were Arthur ar d Kaiue Martin and Mrs. Flippy. There was no evidence against Mrs. Fido, ami the justice discharged her.
